Exotic and vibrant aromas of peaches, citrus fruit, and cedar. The same flavours explode onto the palate with a real purity and intensity of flavour. This wine was fermented in older 400 litre barrels for stability and complexity of flavour. It remains on its fermentation lees for additional weight and flavour. Acidity is obvious but well balanced. This wine can be enjoyed in its youth for its fresh and crisp qualities, but will becomes richer and fatter in texture over the next 24 months.
